Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING:

 

Orders placed before 1:00 MST USUALLY will be processed and shipped the same day. We ship all orders within 1-2 business days, unless we closed for adventuring.

All prices are in US dollars.

Delivery times and shipping costs will be calculated at check out. It is our policy to ship everything same-day if received by 1:00pm MST, however it’s not a contractual guarantee.

Once an order has been placed we will not be able to edit the order including any shipping addresses or method of shipping. Buyer must review order prior to confirming the purchase.

 

We are not responsible for packages stolen from doorsteps.

Order signature services from the purchaser upon receipt can be requested prior to purchase.

We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping time. Shipping carriers are sometimes delayed and Lady Hike does not take responsibility for late delivery times and we will not issue a shipping refund. Please contact the carrier directly to resolve delivery time issues.

If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact USPS (1.800.ASK.USPS) or the designated carrier in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where the tracking information states “the package has been delivered” to your order address.

 

If an order is deemed undeliverable by the shipping company and is returned back to our warehouse we will automatically refund the customer the order total less restock fee and shipping charges.

EXCHANGES/ RETURNS:

It is imperative that you measure yourself properly before you purchase your Lady Hike product.  Products (excluding Petals Panties and Easy Peezies*) can be exchanged for a different size or returned for a refund, however, you will be charged a $5.00 restock fee and be responsible for the cost of shipping your return/exchange items back.

 If you have sizing questions please contact us for assistance before you order. We can be contacted at info@ladyhike.com, please allow 48 hours for a response!

·         Exchange/Return items MUST meet all product condition requirements below.

·         Petals Panties cannot be exchanged or returned *

·         Easy Peezies cannot be exchanged or returned *

·         All sales are final on Lady Hike Specials (Discounted/Sale items). Discounts/Individual Show specials/Sales, or events where we sell merchandise “as is.”

·         All “gifts” will be refunded to original purchaser.

·         If we made a mistake on your order and you need a replacement, we will refund all standard shipping charges paid on your replacement order.  Sorry, we do not refund expedited shipping charges.  Please mail it regular ground.

·         If you believe you have received a defective product please contact us at info@ladyhike.com

·         Product must be returned/exchanged within 14 days of receipt, buyer pays return shipping. See product condition requirements for returns.

·         There is no warranty on any of our products. How long your Lady Hike will last differs from person to person and greatly depends on usage and care.

 

*Our Petals Panties and Easy Peezies are undergarments, and therefore for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these products.

If you are approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.

Product Condition Requirements:

Exchanges are subject to quality approval and inspection of our warehouse personnel. If product condition does not meet the requirements below, the exchange will not be permitted. Please take extra care to inspect and test all returned items to ensure these requirements:

·         Unworn

·         Unused

·         Unstained

·         Unwashed

·         All tags attached

·         No smells other than natural product odors

·         No animal or pet hair

·         Original packaging

·         Proof of purchase

·         Within 14 days of the date you received your initial purchase

 

Process to return your Lady Hike item(s).

1.    You contact us with your order ID in hand (information on your packing slip). We can be reached at info@ladyhike.com

2.    Follow instructions below.

3.    Mail the item to us and our team will inspect the product(s) to ensure perfect condition. Buyer pays return shipping.

4.    If the returned item adheres to our guidelines we will refund you the order total, less the restock fee and original shipping.

 

Note: You will be responsible for paying all shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We suggest you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming the approval or rejection of your exchange/refund.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS:

We will accept returns on all Lady Hike items, except Petals Panties or Easy Peezies. Please e-mail us before you ship your return so we can be notified of your incoming item.

Please retain all packaging material until you're completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase. Doing so will make it easier to return the item if necessary.

·         Proof of purchase: Use your shipping invoice or emailed receipt (just print your confirmation page).
